General information
Once you have selected a product, you can enter the required quantity and add the product to your basket. You can view the contents of your basket at any time, change the quantities of individual items or remove any item from the basket.
When you have finished selecting products, please check the items in your basket. If, after checking it, you “send” your basket, we will send you a quotation for all the products in it as confirmation.
Our colleagues will send you the quotation by email as a confirmation, and you can then decide whether or not you want the products. If you confirm that you want the products included in the quotation, we will begin processing the details (taking your order).
Delivery terms
Products ordered on the basis of a quotation will be delivered to your address by GLS courier service or, by prior arrangement, can be collected in person from our logistics warehouses. (For deliveries, our colleagues will confirm the delivery cost with you.)
Payment terms
The following payment options are currently available for your order:
- Cash on delivery
- Advance bank transfer
- Cash payment (if you wish to collect your order from our premises)
Complaints handling
If your complaint concerns a quantity and/or quality issue with the product purchased, we will contact you in the event of a justified complaint and resolve the problem as far as possible.
Complaints handling: Please email us with your feedback and provide the quotation number – if an invoice has already been issued, please provide the invoice reference number!
The Civil Code and the decree on the rules for handling consumer complaints otherwise govern the enforcement of consumers’ warranty claims and the handling of complaints.
